Zucchini, Cheese & Corn muffins - good. They went in no time. Would be nice with some bacon added.
Apple & Zucchini Muffins. Boys loved these. Apple flavour quite strong so were a hit. Will make these again for lunches I think.
Zucchini Chocolate cake - this disappeared so fast. Not sure that the boys knew about the zucchini inside. I used Dutch cocoa too which made it more chocolatey I think that it would be with normal types of cocoa.
Zucchini Fries - I won't share this one. It wasn't great & won't be something we try again. lol
